Job Overview

  • As a Digital Payment & Liquidity Officer, you will contributes to the overall success of the Digital Transformation team’s strategic vision and business objectives.
  • Be responsible to collaborate with stakeholders and supporting the Digital Payment & Liquidity Director to deliver the customer journey roadmap.
  • Be in charge of designing and building solutions to meet customer needs according to the End to End customer journey, ensuring the positioning values in line with selected CVP.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for designing solutions according to customers‘ journey.
  • Participate in product planning and manage delivery plan to the customer according to the designed process, designed products.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, research market (local & international) and competitors to develop new product feature requirements and enhancement plans.
  • Collaborate and work with internal stakeholders, internal divisions and external parties to better understand the business requirements, product needs and also conduct analysis, consult solutions to related divisions in term of designing process and system.
  • Develop product requirements, BRD writing and manage end to end product delivery including customer portrait identification và pain-point journey; Solution design; Solution Development; Testing; Launching; Experience Evaluation... and Solution Adjustment.
  • Manage product backlog, develop requirement documentation, manage support tickets.
  • Responsible for PnL và business efficiency of solution group assigned in each period.
  • Work with Digital Payment & Liquidity Director/ Expert to identify root cause and resolve the problems to continuously improve team products/ customer journey to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Training and transfer solutions to related divisions.
  • Perform other duties as required

 

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

  • Bachelor‘s degree in a Technology or Business or Banking or equivalent and/ or have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management in a financial institution/ Fintech company.
  • Have basic knowledge of user interface design principles and user-centric design processes
  • Have experience in project management or product management roles are preferred
  • Have an understanding for the financial services industry and CASA, card, deposit, payment products
  • Be digitally savvy with an inherent interest in technology, innovation, business transformation, user centred design and digital user experience to understand how they all impact the business
  • Have experience in Agile process and using Jira, Confluence and having ability for Prototype, mock-up, Visio, io, Axure, Figma, SQL server, PowerBI,Tableau,… is preferred.
  • English proficiency is required. IELTS 6.5 and above are preferred.
